Owning your own business is an always expanding process and although its bloomin hard work at times I am passionate about creating the most interesting and eclectic space that I can and as the title of this blog says its been quite the journey from Far to Bar.
It may still be a bit chilly, bars and restaurants are just opening up outside, but the emphasis on entertaining with small groups at home is definitely the way 2021 is looking. One of the main trends is home mixology and DIY cocktails, so it is officially the new big thing.
Now we can socialise in groups of six in our own back spaces, and after the deep dark winter, it is time to turn our attention to our outside entertaining areas.
It is just a rumour. The independent shops are leading the way - after lockdown we will be open and thriving. Shopping will be an experience, and along with our blooming online presence, Emporium Worthing will be part of the evolving High Street - all things to all people!
